About the Studio
Helping students develop musical skills, strong character, and a lifelong love of learning. At Music of the Desert Piano Studio, students are encouraged to develop strong musical foundations in a positive, engaging, and supportive environment. Lessons are tailored to each student's age, learning style, and goals, helping them grow in discipline, creativity, confidence, and musical excellence. For preschool-aged students, I enjoy incorporating animal notes–based learning, a playful and effective approach that helps young beginners learn musical concepts through stories, movement, and imagination. This method makes early music education both fun and memorable while building a solid foundation for future study. As a member of the Phoenix Music Teachers Association (PMTA), I have access to a variety of performance, evaluation, and enrichment opportunities that help students gain confidence and celebrate their musical progress.
